We currently have two offices, our first is located in downtown Princeton and our second, which opened in December, 2002, is at Milaca Junction (the intersection of Hwy 23 and Hwy 169).

As lifetime residents of the area, we have seen the local communities and the real estate market evolve over time.  We both decided to enter the real estate business in 1992.  In 1994, Mary became a broker and Eldon received his appraiser's license.  Mary went on to earn her Graduate Realtor Institute designation and Eldon got his broker's license in 1997.

Also in 1997, we decided to start our own real estate business and after careful research, RE/MAX became the obvious choice.  The good name and limitless possibility for success is exactly what we wanted to offer our agents.

We started carefully, just Mary, Eldon, and our administrator, Kim, whose organizational and people skills were invaluable to us.  Our first year, we concentrated on learning the RE/MAX system in depth, so we could become valuable resources to our future agents.  In 1998, the two of us sold $3 million in real estate.  In 2004, our two offices sold over $44 million and we have had number one market share in Princeton for the past four years.  We are proud that in our Milaca office's first year open, RE/MAX sold more Milaca listings than any other company.

We have strived to be the most professional and personable office in the area.  Our new facility in Princeton, which we remodeled from the ground up with top-of-the-line technology and interior design, opened in April, 2004 and is a perfect testament of our commitment to keeping our company "Above the Crowd".  Our office received the RE/MAX North Central Office Image Award for Excellence in 2004.  Only one office in the state of Minnesota receives this award.
